ORDERING and SHIPPING

Ordering
To place an order, just fill in the forms for the items that you have chosen.
Each item requires a separate form.
You will choose a payment method when you
fill in the form.
.
The information that you have submitted in a form is sent to me.
I
personally process your order.
I will respond by e-mail and I will give you an
expected shipping date and send you an invoice.
The invoice will list the items that you have chosen and will show you any
taxes that are applicable. It will show any shipping cost.
It will also show if you are making a deposit with the balance to be
paid at the time of shipping, or if you are paying the total amount
for the items right away.
When your order has been shipped you
will be notified by e-mail and a tracking number for your parcel will be
provided. (See Shipping Information)
Special Orders:
An order is a special order when the item ordered is being
made specially for you. It may be a ring made to a specific size. It
could also be an item that is not in stock and is being made because
you have ordered it.
You can choose to pay
in full for a special order when you are invoiced. You can also choose to
pay a deposit when you place your order and the balance when
your order is ready and about to be shipped. Deposits are 50% of
the total purchase and are payable by any of the
Payment Methods.
Taxes
for Canadian customers:
All Residents of Canada:
The Federal government requires that I collect and remit the
Goods & Services Tax (GST). This tax is currently 6%. The tax will
be clearly shown on your invoice.
All Residents of Ontario:
The Ontario government requires that I collect and remit
provincial sales tax (PST). This tax is currently 8%. The tax will
be clearly shown on your invoice.
Residents of Canada Outside of Ontario:
You will not be charged a provincial tax when an item is
shipped to you.
A special note to
my U.S. customers about taxes:
Orders received from the United States of America are not subject to
Canadian federal or provincial taxes. Your invoice will not include
these taxes when an item is shipped to you.
Please note that if you take delivery of the goods within Canada,
then you are subject to the taxes. You can apply to the appropriate
governing bodies to have the taxes refunded.
To date, parcels sent to U.S. addresses have cleared U.S. customs
quickly and easily. They have not been subject to duties or taxes.
Please note that this is done at the discretion of the United States
Customs Department, however, and is not within my control.
